I'm no expert but it looks to me like Draped Bust [1796 to 1807] half cent.

Thinking itd a draped bust large cent. Before 1808

My large cents are bigger than quarter. Draped Bust Half Cent.

As much asI hate to say it, I have to agree with JoeG (my brother) that it is a half cent. I think it dates from 1800-1808. Here are some pics for size comparison. MY half cent is from 1825 and is a different bust than the 1800-1808 one.
