Is this a knife or a spearpoint?

[It's A Trap!]

I'm new to arrow heads hunting so I thought I would skim a creek that was next to 2 rock shelters both of which were excavated in the 70s for archeology purposes and turned up 2000 artifacts. I found this in a creek and i'm pretty sure its made of sandstone. The "handle" part fits in my hand really well. One side is flat

Sorry, not a Knife, Spearpoint, or even an artifact. Looks like a large naturally eroded piece of sandstone to me.
