I spent quite a bit of time on the net looking for a match but didn't find one. It did give me some observations. The ones I was finding were not nearly as well made as yours in that the detail on yours is very crisp. I don't feel like it is military per say but I was wondering if it could relate to something like a veterans organization. Usually the military ones are the better made ones. I am hoping you get an ID as it is a very interesting piece.

Interesting, the eagle is clutching only arrows (no olive branch), and doesn't include a federal shield. The tabs on the back make me think it was attached to another stamped metal piece (like a buckle?), as tabs that go into a cloth item tend to be longer... But I can always be wrong.

Yea, I couldnt find the EXACT match, but it does seem Military. I found a few that the eagle was only Holding Arrows. I just dropped that link to have another avenue to look down

good luck!
