Hi, just registered and first post. I found this in a creek about 25 years ago when I was a kid. I've always thought it had to be a Native American tool of some sort. Even if it isn't....still always thought it was neat. I tried sending this with my phone so I hope I attached the pics correctly. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks everyone!

I would say it's a river tumbled fractured stone.

oddly enough that is a not an uncommon natural shape.

Thank you everyone for the input. All this time I was quite convinced it was a tool of some sort. Seemed like such an odd shape for a rock to be shaped into naturally in a small stream in western Pennsylvania. Now I know. Thanks guys much appreciated
