Is this a Great Seal button?

I found this in an old park. Is it a Great Seal? It doesn't look like the other Great Seal that I have. Thanks for any input. Ron

Thanks Guys. I knew that I could depend on you folks. I went back to that site today and found a Green River Whiskey token, 9 wheaties (the oldest 1916), a 1944 and a 1956 nickel, a odd ball size .50 caliber round ball, and my hunting buddy found a beautiful 1841 large cent. No silver today, but the same guy who found the large cent today found a 1853 quarter and another large cent (can't read the date) at the site last week,
