Is this a gold coin? If so, it's the size of a tylenol caplet

Check this out! This is the smallest coin I have ever found. Now the thing is, it is no bigger than a tylenol pill. The whole thing, including the frame, is the size of a dime. The frame is gold, I tested it. I was not able to test the coin its self. The coin says, 1860 4 reales. Do you think it REALLY a gold coin? I found this coin on ebay and the seller called it a "pill coin."

I have no clue what that coin is, so this is guess work. Its does not look like gold in the picture.

Type in 1860 GOLD GUATEMALA 4 REALES PILL COIN, into Google, sure looks like your coin. Hope it's real!

I can't speak to authenticity, but the coin design is a Guatemala 4 reale from 1860. Per my Krause guide, it measures a whopping 1cm in diameter and is composed of .8065 grams of .875 gold or .0226 oz AGW. In 1989 it brought $20 in fine condition, $30 in VF and $40 in XF. If the setting is real I don't know why the coin wouldn't be, it's relatively inexpensive. Nice find!
