Always nice to have multiple pictures of different sides if asking questions. Looks like full grooved axe, but cant be sure without seeing the other side of the axe.

Assuming the one groove goes all around, its an archaic full groove ax.

That is why when members post pictures asking questions they should always post pictures of all sides to give the most information possible to answer the questions the best way possible..
