Welcome to TreasureNet .. when asking opinions on possible arrifacts you should always include pictures of all sides under natural lighting and pictures need to be in focus so they can be blown up.

Nothing in picture says Clovis to me.

More pictures would help along with where it was found & any pertinent information about it. I don't see Clovis. It could jus be thinning strikes on the base of a reworked point.

Welcome from Texas. That’s unusual. Is it worn down or maybe a failed arrowhead turned into a drill? If it is worn down like @Lone Star said is that much wear common?
