Is this a bone tool?

I found this a while back and didn't think anymore about it until I started reading some of the threads here about tools and such.
Can anyone tell me if it is a tool and what kind it would be?

I don't see any evidence of it being altered by man. I also don't see any polish on it from use so I would have to say no, it's not a Bone Tool and is just a piece of broken bone.

Just a broken piece of bone. Its odd shape is a result of the piece of bone being gnawed on.

Another "quirk" I have. I can't just throw it away. I have a shoe box full of pieces that will be released back where they came from!
