✅ SOLVED Is this a Bell?

This thing is sort of silver in color and about 1.5 inches tall. The top is all broken up. Not sure if it was a bell or maybe a candle snuffer? I found this in the back yard of my 114 year old farmhouse today. Thanks for any other ideas you may have.

Its a broken candle snuffer, it probably fell out of the trash can 114 years ago on the way to the curb on the first ever documented day of trash pick up service. You better let the Smithsonian have a look at it.
Let me guess, you found it with a GPX 4800.

There are many types but I thought honey bee smoke bellow when I seen it. I dated a girl who's family kept bees and I had used one of these straight funnel versions on several occasions. I'm not saying it's what your piece goes to but just another idea.

The thing is pretty heavy....probably more weighty than a flashlight housing or blinker housing. I think the candle snuffer is probably my best guess since it does seem to be pretty heavy like a snuffer would be. I really like the ideas you've all given....makes for some interesting scenarios...especially the suggestion of a hash pipe....which might not be that crazy, since there were some pretty serious hippies that were living in our house before we got married and moved in 37 years ago. They had a goat instead of a lawnmower and were growing their own stash of marijuana. So, you never know!!

Since the 'skirt' is so large in comparison to the what would have been the top, I'd say it's a candle snuffer.
