Is this a 3 ringer?

I found this right before dark with the F44. I'm no expert...is it or is it not a 3 Ringer?

Looks good to me. Post accurate measurements and you will get a positive ID. I would guess either a 54 or 58 caliber.

I would say yes ..likely a union 58 cal 3 ringer ..the hollow type base means black powder muzzle loader type of bullet
