Hi treasure hunter and seekers,

I'm the La Panza kid from slo, cal. I have been in search of the lost china man mine in the La Panza national forest. But I'll soon be going back to my familys ranch in Kentucky, an I was hoping that there might be some know treasure in the the area. Our piece of property is in locked in the Daniel Boone national forest in Mt.Victory Kentucky. With your help I'm hoping I might get some info for my search. Thanks alot I hope I'll track down some treasure.

Daniel Boone national forest is a huge area. I would pick the counties within the forest and conduct my research by county. There are alot of treasure stories in eastern Kentucky, and probably alot in the forest area.
Get books by Michael Paul Henson - "A guide to treasure in Kentucky" and "Lost Silver mines of Kentucky".

As Jbot says, Boone National is a huge park, so its alot of ground to cover. I grew up in Greenup County, right outside of the park, and went to college at Morehead State, right next to the park, and never heard of any treasure there. I used to help a friend till his dads land, and we used to find cannonballs all the time, so I would guess that there are quite a few civil war camp sites in there, but finding them would me nearly imposible.

thanks for the info, I know of some old home sites i'll start my search there.

LPKid,
If you wind up close to the RED RIVER GORGE area, there are documented cache finds in that area. Many people believe that one of Swift's Silver Mines is somewhere near there. Do tons of research and I bet something will tweak your interest.
Happy Hunting
