Uncertain. If you have topaz, do a hardness test to rule out quartz.

The "blue" stone look like it has a "sugary" "grainy" look to it, I don't know if that is from the camera or the actual rock. Really tough call from these pics.

looks like chalcedony nuggets in sandstone to me. Like EU said, hardness test would be a good idea

the crystals have quartz on the outside but inside are like honey, other pic, the crystal sizes do not exceed 8mm

I brought back a small sample from far and I want to know if I return or not.thanks

If you want to know if it's worthwhile to return, do the test. Typically silica and corundum do not mix.
