Is it real what is it?

I Have posted 2 times on what is it and both times my coins were identified for me...So i would like to thank the people that replied.
This Coin was found by my grandmother in the 1920's in St. Paul,MN in a vacant lot. It's cool looking but not sure what it is. One side looks like it has very fine print that i can't read with a magnifying glass and can't tell if they are letters or not, so hopefully i can get my last mystery coin solved....

First I'll give ye some clues.

Look closely at the desktop background for this forum - the greyed out coins on either side of the logos.

I would say a copy because the numbers are in reverse but not sure.
