I know that wet ground = better conductivity which = more targets. My question is, can you hunt when it's been raining for days and the ground is super saturated? I tried one night earlier in the week and ended up looking like I'd taken a mud bad. I found it impossible to use my pinpointer, as the soil is so heavy. It made a mess out of the sod too. Just wondering what others do when it rains so many days in a row. I know there are a lot of diehards on here who would hunt in a row boat if necessary, so can you give this newbie some advice?
