Is it possible to change my user name?

I was just curious of we are able to change our username...I picked mine off the top of my head and have been putting some thought into a more fitting name.

If you go to your profile, then to account related settngs (upper left side), you can change "how your name appears to other members"...This doesn't change your login name, only how your name appears.... You don't need to re-register...
