Is it better to use a head mount or chest mount for a GoPro when detecting?

Hi! I am hoping someone can interject here with the best view from personal experience, I am also interested in possibly attaching the GoPro to the mine lab….

I don't use it that much, but I use the chest mount. Seems more stable to me. Guys who shoot videos with the head mount make me dizzy! Too much movement and shaky a lot of the time. Just my take on it...
