Santa Rosa Boys Club? Beach Club? Beta Chi?

It is a watch fob. Nothing indicates military to my eye.

Anything on the back?

Nothing written on back, it's flat and smooth. It's rather thick, a little more thickness than a half dollar. Made out of brass. The SR in interesting, it was found in the town of Santa Rosa. So the SRBC could be Santa Rosa Boys Club which we do have, or it could be Santa Rosa Bible Church which is on the east end of town. Or it may be something totally different? The number 13 is bad luck or good luck?
