Today turned out to be an artifact day. Not much else, ya know? But, at least the park is a little cleaner now. :)

Below is some sort of blade. Relics are not my best thing. Anyway to tell what this was?

I would venture as guess as it being a "Corn Knife".
 

Likely not a machete; the lack of decent tang gives that away.

I'd say it's a large kitchen or general purpose knife; it could be very old though. I've seen one look like that come out of a 1832 site.
