Is 401K confiscation coming?

Check out this article. I doubt such a law would ever pass, but you never know.

We often read and think about gold confiscation on PM blogs, but what about 401Ks? Not many US citizens own gold bullion, but there is alot of cash sitting in retirement accounts.

for the first time I am actually happy I took the funds out of my 401k to use while I was unemployed. Now to figure out which retirement plans I can make they can't get hold of!

I think the BHO administration will announce that it is the ONLY way to save the country. And a great many people will gladly give it up...not me though. I worked hard and saved what I could only to see it melt away as the economy goes to crap.

You forgot the part about BHO balming the last adminestration, calling for martial law, and the coolaid drinkers standing by while thier neighbors are draged to the gallows for protesting.

Maybe not that bad (I hope)
Pulled my 401 (as much as I could still about 25 % invested 50% removed and 25% lost) looking into gold when and if the dollar starts spiraling.

Does any one Know a sight that gives daily stock market value??
