Nice diggin' for you and your "crew"!

Keep safe and keep diggin'...

We visited Amish country in PA two years ago and were surprised to discover that they grow tobacco. Might explain your find (?)

I was thinking the same thing, I grew up on the edge of Amish country and I do know there were a lot of Mennonites growing tobacco and they had the leaves hanging in the barns drying out, but I was told it was cigar quality tobacco, parden my ignorance, but it must be either a lower quality or higher than cigarettes, don't know which. :), than again, maybe all one in the same.

I have hunted several German homesteads in this area, that were settled in the 1860's and I think they were too frugal to lose any money, and since most Amish were German, well, guess not much money lost.
