Iron Pyrite cleaning help

I've got a local place that I can "mine" large Iron Pyrite cubes but the problem is they are mostly rusted over. I cleaned off a couple of the largest ones through elbow grease alone before donating them to a local museum for display along with the couple others that was rusted over. I was just wondering the easiest way to clean the rust off the others for the museum and when I can get back to mine more

The largest one so far I've found so far is about the size of a golf ball or maybe abit larger although a cube and not round.

ON CRYSTAL AND PETRIFIED WOOD I USE IRON OUT YOU CAN BUY IT AT WALMART IN THE PAINT DEPT. YOU MIGHT TRY IT .

RINSE IT OFF WITH DISTILLED WATER AFTER CLEANING TAP WATER WILL LET IT RUST BACK OVER BILDON
