iron buckle

Hi All,

Anyone familiar with iron buckles. I see from looking online that they've been around for ever and are still being made today but I'm hoping there is something diagnostic about this one that will stand out to someone somewhere.

Looks like a common harness buckle...I have a whole bucket full!
