Irish Harp Penny

My buddy found this one tonight.

I can't seem to ID it online. I know it is Irish, but I don't see one with a left facing head. Does anyone have any info on it?

He said the date looks like a 1 or 7. Sorry about the pics.

I do believe it is a canadian token, and not actually Irish. Will update / edit in a couple of minutes.

Yep. so called "Imitation bust & harp" 1820.

Book says probably produced a little later.

The bad thing about the dug ones is trying to count the strings, or make out any possible overdate.
