Hmm, well it would depend on where a comma might mistakingly have been left out. Or where you accent the syllables and parts of the sentence. So if you put a comma after the word "invest", then he's looking for people to send him money. Ie.: that the "treasure hunt" is implied to be his own treasure hunt, not the treasure hunts of others.
