Hi all,

New to the metal detecting obsession here, Wanted to say hi and
Introduce myself. Detecting southeast Florida, doing some beach and park hunting!
I have been "Lurking" on the forum here soaking up as much info as I can in the recent few weeks
and have gotten tons of great information. What a great forum this is!

I started off with a Bounty Hunter Sharpshooter II that I purchased about 3 years ago but
used sparingly. Well after much trial and error, I finally took the time to sit down and really really
learn the machine. I can say it was massivly worth it as my trash to treasure ratio has greatly improved.
All the newbies out there, listen to the guys on here, and take the time to really really study your machine.
Anyhow, just recently purchased a Tesoro Sand Shark and am now gonna start hitting the wet sand/water
hard as ever! Man this is so addicting!
