Hi richm, could you please take pics of the front and back,
under natural light, against a dark(ish) background - always works better :thumbsup:
Some of us eager whatisit addicts also prefer to see something else in the pic to give the whatisit some scale.
Does the base of it appear to be broken off something, to you?

Thanks guys, I'll re-photograph it tonight and post a better pic. How do I compress my pics to make them smaller? Rich M.

Open photos with a viewing program. Save them as a certain size - 640x480 or quality - high, medium, low and then check the size.

Someone referenced a site on another Whatsit? thread, and I spotted this pic.
The shape of the 'top' end of the trigger guards, made me recall this item here.
