✅ SOLVED Interesting water find need ID…...

Found this in Lake MI today. It is about the size of a quarter, seems to have a logo? under the logo is a magnet, it has a groove around the outside, and even though you can't hardly see them it has 12 small lights around the side opposite the logo. They periodical light up. I just caught the light in the pic before they went off again. Also it has the #12 on it and appears it can be opened right above the number, to change battery maybe? What say yee?

I think it is aluminum.

Maybe one of those things busy restaurants gives you that signals you when they're ready to seat you? Might have had a big tag fastened around the groove so that you don't run off off with it?
edit: I guess I could have just said "restaurant pager"

Finally hit the right key words . Don't recall exact. Something like round metal with groove and lights pics. Led to a pic that led to a site that gave products name to look farther with.
