Interesting Piece

Found this last Saturday afternoon in the front yard of a house about four inches under the soil. Looks to be Christian in nature. Written on the back is Terra Sancta Creations Inc. 1966 Isreal.
Any ideas?

IXOYC (procounced IKTHUS) is the Greek word for fish. In ancient Greece, you could use the IXOYC letters to stand for "Jesus Christ, God's Son, Savior."
