Once again, this item was found in an area where a civil war prison camp used to be although it doesn't mean it's from that time frame. I'm curious as this is an iron piece with a very small piece of what looks like lead through it. Each end of the lead looking piece has something on it. One side has E24 and the other looks like NYS (New York State ?). The rusty iron piece has an indentation design that is triangular shaped but rounded edges, two of them. That's all I know about this thing so any info is appreciated. It rings up about 11.27 on the CTX 3030.
