found this over a year ago. not really sure what it is or was going to be? maybe some kind of preform in the works or maybe an atlatl weight? thought u-all might have some ideas or maybe something in ur collections to compare it to. thanks, mike

Looks to me like they were in the process of making a Geniculate Bannerstone.
