Interesting One piece buttons

Years ago I dug this and forgot about it. Hoping someone can tell me something about it. One piece, convex front, eagle on a shield with banner behind eagle and some other things on the sides. Thanks in advance.

Don't know, but there is a talking cannonball somewhere around here that might be able to tell you more. Cool find, though. It looks old.

Here is one like yours that I found on the Waterbury website. It is listed under the fashion/eagle heading. It doesn't give an age but I feel that it is fairly modern.

That's the Coat of Arms of Colombia: Escudo de Colombia Colombian Coat of Arms
I'd be curious to know what if any backmark it might have.
