I have been addicted in to the treasure hunting since I know for myself. For the last 14 years I did lot of research with many types of electronic treasure hunting devices. I never used, except for the research purposes, some of the metal or other detecting devices that we have on the market. I just came back from Europe where I was a part of one large scale treasure hunt. This was a 10 year old project and unfortunately, after the work was almost complete, the government has stopped all the work and I am not sure any more when we will continue or even if we will ever continue and finish this project.
I just recently discover this website and decide to try represent myself and possibly meet some realistic offers in order to find some treasure. I will try to answer to everybody , especially to the offers or stories that are based on some original documentation. The last 2 years I specialized in finding buried money (paper-cash) and I have amazing results, I can proof very easy and fast that I am capable to find hidden or buried paper money. To me the word “treasure” has a huge meaning, this doesn’t have to be only gold , silver or diamonds so please whatever story you have , contact me and I will see if there is a way to do something.
As we all know, in treasure hunt business (I would call that passion ) , is a lot of dreamers and people who doesn’t have realistic vision , as well as dishonest, greedy and all kind of people, so in order to protect myself financially , I decide to create some rules that will have to be followed in order to do some business with me. I’m not trying to rip anybody , but I really can’t afford to fly all over the world only because somebody think that is a treasure buried somewhere in his garden or somewhere in the wildness, where you have to ride the donkey for 3 days .
Trust is for me very important thing in my life, it is one of the most important thing in any relationship between all living beings ,and when I was thinking what and how to create some guidelines for possible business relationship between me and somebody else, I taught that the best would be if I can somehow create the rules where would be literally impossible for me to screw somebody,,,,, or opposite. At first I was thinking to open an escrow account where anybody who put some deposit would be able to take his money back if he is not satisfied with my presentation,,,, or move that money in to my regular account if he want to go through, but at the bank told me that any type of escrow account would give me automatically the possibility to take any money at any moment so I can’t see the sense why to open it ,, then,,, at the bank told me that one of the option was to open a line of credit that would guarantee to everybody that are safe to do any business with me, but to open that type of the account the minimum deposit is $5000.00 and every contract would be an additional fee of almost $3000.00 . This kind of investment at the moment I really can’t afford and the third and last option would be to use some of the trust accounts of some business related attorney, which would be also very expensive.
Here is my business plan to avoid any suspicion of possible fraud from both involved parties:
1. You don’t pay me a single penny up front but you are buying me a nonrefundable electronic plane ticket from Boca Raton FL or West palm Beach FL – to your destination.
2. At the moment I come, we are signing double copy of this document as a proof that we had some business (This document will be used as an agreement and receipt).

3. Based on what we agreed, I am providing you a proof that I am capable to find the treasure that we was talking about. You are allowed to be with anyone you want at this demonstration.
4. If you are not satisfied with my presentation I will refund you immediately the plane ticket you paid and I will go home with the first plane at my expense. No question asked.
5. If you are satisfied and you decide to go through , you will pay me immediately a nonrefundable $2000.00
6. At this point ,as a proof that you understand that the plane ticket and the $2000.00 you paid to me are nonrefundable, even I don’t find anything on the site you think that the treasure is located, you sign here:____________________
7. This paragraph explain the percentage agreement of shares in possibility of find:
