Interesting non metallic rock

Just an interesting non metallic rock I found. Appears stuck on a normal street stone. Cant break it off. Any Idea's what it is?

Whatever it is. It's very interesting. I also found it at the site where I witnessesd the Meteorite fall when I was younger but unlike the other one it isn't metallic. So i excluded it. It however has 2 stones imbedded in it. I pulled one out. But the other wont budge.
