The C shaped object is a Repair Link for chains .

the 'C' shaped object is actually half of a repair link for chain :wink:
you can see the raised rivits on the other side that would match another reversed 'C's holes.

Can you post a photo of the chain repair link. The ones I found don't look like this one.

Is the item in pics 1,2,3,4 a bullet? It is copper.

For the copper object, I'm thinking about a percussion cap, like to set off a muzzleloader. But it seems too large. Is there such a thing as a cannon cap??
