I inherited these.....

In this little tiny plastic box, inside a cashbox full of little collectibles, coins, and family military heirlooms.

I'm wondering if they're just someones old jewelry, or carry some form of historical significance. I had a few military relatives.

I can date these to at least pre-1980 for sure, because I don't ever remember them, and we have never been a jewelry type family other than a couple wedding rings that are now inside occupied caskets.

Anyone seen these before?

Hard to tell if the image depicts Athena or a typical Corintian soldier; either way, it's generic.
Don.......

Thanks, I kinda figured it was. After I added in the "Athena" to a google search, I came up with similar rings both athena and "roman soldier". Nothing with any US military connection though.

So be it.....I was only trying to make sure it wasn't a signaifcant family heirloom.

I guess it's just a cool old ring I'll throw in the treasure chest.

This pin is interesting, I wonder if it's military related or just patriotic? :icon_scratch:
Are there any backmarks, it looks like it might have some age to it as well?

Looks like a generic "Son in Service" pin.

I did a couple searches on the pin and came up empty thusfar...

I will throw a bone to whoever wants to dig it further.

Its a "laurel wreath" pin... tack whatever.
