Has anyone any information on the Treasure Experience's previous discovers listed below, Did Mel Fisher not find the Atoacha?

“Silver Shoals Project”, Dominican Republic (1978)

Search for a Spanish treasure galleon the Nuestra Senora de Concepcion, sunk in 1641, 80 miles north of the Dominican Republic.

"Atocha Project”, Florida Keys (1978-1980)

Recovered gold bars, chains and coins, Mother Lode located in 1985.

"Santa Margarita Project”, Florida Keys (1979)

Recovered many gold bars, chains and coins.

"Dominica Project”, Dominica, Lesser Antilles Caribbean (1980)

Search for a 16th Century Portuguese Fleet, which sunk off the port city of Roseau.

"Abaco Project” (1989-1990) Project Directors

Fleet of Spanish Galleons lost in 1598. Found several ships decks, anchors and Lucayan and Mayan artifacts.

I apparently join everyone else in not understanding what you are asking in your original post.
Are you asking if Mel Fisher's crews found the Atocha? Answer: yes.
He and his successors have salvaged some of the Margarita as well.
I know nothing more than hearsay of any Fisher Dominica project, nor an Abaco project, but there are those who know and (I think) a book or two that may address those projects... I think Syd Jones' excellent book probably answers your questions. You can find it here: https://www.atochatreasureadventures.com/

Thank you for the information and links. Sorry for the confusion,
Treasure Experience looked to be an exciting venture but claims of past projects did not give one much confidence, as the above video is also very strange, I don’t think it is the Experience I want, kind regards Carl

I can't speak for TreasureExperience, have not or don't want to contact them. However, an individual contacted me claiming to be from TreasureExperience. Have no idea if they were or were not. I gave this person all I knew about a suspected wreck (or wrecks) location) including maps/charts along with gps reference points. Supposedly this info got passed on to a top person on the research department. My assessment on what probably happened, info was taken and not going to hear from him again. I have no knowledge on the company itself if legit or not. Did take a good look though (their website), if you know and legit... just say yes. This is supposed to be a new salvage using a non-profit and a team with past seach experience and intentions of finds/artifacts going to museums.

Hi, I was involved with the owners of the Judge Perez, before the Treasure Experience, I did at first buy into to their project but got cold feet, for a number of reasons, I posted the TE post and was InTouch with you, you did give me spot on Info, with positions, for a plate fleet’s shipwrecks.

The big mystery in the case of this fleet, has been the mention of cliffs, but that in old Spanish translates into sand Banks, Dr Gene Lyons translation not my own, you and he were on the same wavelength regarding the positions. What you have pinpointed is an area of sand banks these vessels could have definitely struck, the latitude is also correct, I also believe you have some remote sensing info to back this up?.

I did not pass your info on to Treasure Experience, I did pass it on to another salvage firm who are very low key self-funded and who are operating a large vessel of the North-western coast of Florida, as we speak, they are looking in deeper water, and will complete this project before looking at other targets. If they ever want go to look in areas that you spoke of, they will contact me and I you, as you have the information they would need.

I believe the cliffs are right now being used (or adjacent area), very important as a source of lobster. Coral reef systems along Florida coast are a valuable asset to the state. Hawaii now came to the conclusion that coral reef disease is caused by a sunscreen product used by swimmers. Florida didn't know if the white patches on reefs were by pathegenic organisms or environmental in nature. If sunscreen is the culprit, Florida should ban all swimmers from using the products in water.

The Bull (video) I believe is the name of an underwater structure on the south edge of Canaveral National Seashore. If you are referring, shipwrecks yet to be found beyond this underwater structure (The Bull) these must be wrecks to the north of Cape Canaveral. Then you have a stretch with both French and Spanish shipwrecks can be searched for. If found you will need to deal with France or Spain.

Edit: Listened to video again, said vessel nicknamed The Bull not the dive location. Interesting though, because if they search with this vessel beyond The Bull...
