Found this at an old hse in Young Harris,Ga. Looked in Alberts but it covers mainly military. Hope someone out there could shed some more light on it. Thanks

Can you read what is written on the back of the button?

Does it say "*City*Property"?

I think you have an early to mid 1900s button.
