Hello, T-NETers.

First time poster to the forum, as well as relative newcomer to the hobby, here. I was wondering if anyone could help me out with dating a few of these relics, and, if possible, to do so within the nearest decade of their origin. The items (pictured below) include a presumably colonial-era pewter button, a crude buckle of some kind, a possible civil war button (back mark reads "Waterbury Button Co.", and some sort of fob seal or fob-ish piece of jewelry which isn't silver but apparently plated. For context, all were dug in Western Massachusetts.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Tis a signet / fob stamp...
Made with Carnelian stone... which was common stone for this.
A superb one at that. Very nice.

Btw ... I believe it to be gold filled at the very least.

Yes a Georgian Fob Seal a nice one at that, the buckle or half buckle is even later 1690-1720, looks like you have a good site.
