I have a Mercury dime in the same fashion that was made into a ring. Was a hand me down from my grandmother.

Funny thing is I have a 3-D coin that appears to have the same face. Mine is a half dollar and appears to be gold plated. The date looks like 1981. Any clue?

I found one just like that online somewhere but it had a rope style bezel and on a necklace.

Yes, that is supposed to be Miss Liberty. Mine does say Liberty on the "crown".

My grandfather had a watchfob -- dime, quarter, half, and dollar just like this, all attached together. I think my aunt has it now.
