Check out a stone called "deschutes jasper" ... I think you may have a piece.

Your bottle appears to be an Ale bottle.
The lines going across would indicate it is a turn mold bottle, but the seam on the neck would say two piece mold.
The top looks applied, but it also looks like the seam continues up from the neck.
If it does it would date to after 1910 when the automatic bottle machine was invented.

Seam does not go through the top. Its definitely not machine made. That's part of the paper. Was super harsh to get accurate photos
