Howdy, new here...

I was curious how to learn about an anchor I found off the east coast of Bali Indonesia. It was in ~20 ft of water. Shaft is 10 feet long and flukes are triangles 2 ft wide. It was about 100 yards from the remains of a ~100 ft wooden vessel. I found a cannon at 70 ft. Everything was encrusted in coral.
Locals were unaware. I got one pic of the anchor but not sure how to post it.

Thanks, Hugh or river pig

There is a good book called the Treasure Diver Guide by John Potter/ It has an excellent chapter on cannons and anchors

Thanks Micheal! Very much appreciated! I will buy it

I am just curious on how to date it and learn that ship and anchor's story. Frustrated that none of the locals are aware of its history.
