Creekside started a good thread a few days ago and I thgt I'd share a few I've been fortunate enough to find over the years. Where I'm located here in Indiana we have very few sites that these come off of. These are all off of the same site and you can tell the site has been used for a very long time. Everything from doves, kirks, pines and even hardstones have been found. The thing that stands out the most for me is the tiny drill. It's worked from top to bottom on both sides. An Addison has always crossed my mind but who knows. Hope y'all enjoy.

That’s what’s nice about the site you can post anything and it still won’t be stealing anyone’s thunder. I actually have a Addison drill I found last year I can show but it will be tomorrow late afternoon. We can compare them. Sweet frame of finds

will be looking for it too.
Yeah I've never seen another one like it found around here and believe me I've seen a lot. It coming off this site just makes me go that route.

I found mine walking a corn field. It’s a different color chert from what I usually find. Going to be a few more hours before I can get that picture

All good brother!!

Ok FishStick I took one of your pictures and will add it to mine so you can see the likeness of both. Mine is a different material that I can’t spell and autocorrect won’t help this time of course. It’s a Chaeolgy closest I can get to the spelling. 3rd picture is yours

Don't get me lying to ya lol. Yeah that's pretty close to mine. Was it found near a Ft Ancient site?

I’ve found all periods out there. The FA site was probably 1/2 miles away. But I did find one small triangle near there last year also. The oldest was a Big Sandy but not a lot of artifacts. I found a perfect Celt in shape but showed no work on it. They didn’t turn it this year and starting September of this year have sold the property leading to the field. This is my last year out there unfortunately so we will never know. But I thought it looked almost just like yours whatever it is.
