I realize it was a tool or cerimonial tool of some sort to have worn their finger prints right into it. Very peculiar.

Sounds good but if it was used to nap flint I dont think the point on it would have lasted long enough for them to rub their prints into it . Perhaps a womens tool of sorts passed down ,but whats the odds the one it was passed to was left handed also.....lol It definately fits to a T in your left hand and was used frequently or perhaps carried by one Indian for their Lifetime because they were very fond of it.Hmmmmmmmmm??
