At first I was thinking geofact, but those last two pictures certainly show use and work by man.

Some people call them Grist Wheels from old flour mills others say they are sharpening wheels, I'd say you've got half of one. It's old, but not native american.
 

Sure is a grist mill stone. I have several and this is the smallest one that sits on my hearth.
