You've got that camera down now. Good news is that I looked at every Indian Statue on EBAY and didn't see this one anywhere. That is usually a good sign that it is not some cheap recent mass produced item. Bad news is that I haven't found it anywhere else either which means it may be hard to run down. Does it have any markings on the bottom or back? What is he made of? Also can you give us a size? Got an age on the school?

If it is small, I am thinking maybe a game piece of some type or he could be part of a lead or metal set of figures similar to toy soldier types.

Nice find and definetly a keeper.

:'( :'( I hate to be a killjoy, but you can still buy the mold to make this particular figure from a company called Castings that specializes in toy soldier and other figurine molds. This is the link http://www.miniaturemolds.com/ Click on the "MOLDS" link and look at the picture for Set 1 & 2. The mold number is 5469. In other words, although the molds have been produced for many years, it's impossible to say if your figure was made in the 50's or last year. Sorry about that. :'( :'(
