Hi Everyone,

I found this item walking through a field by an old ditch. It is oval shaped and measures 1 1/4" wide by 1 3/4" in height. I thought it might be bone, but seems heavy for
a piece of antler bone. Weighs approx. 2 ozs. Has a very phallic shape from one side and a abstracted design on the other side. Thought it might be an indian artifact.
What do you think?
Thanks,
RJ

Hi Alabama Relic,
Thanks for the response, I like your answer better than the petrifed hat response. It was funny.
Are you a collector? Would you have any more information?
Thanks for your response.

RJ, I think you have a naturally formed rock. That's just my opinion. Post it in the Native American forum here and see what other folks might think. Good luck and keep hunting!

The consensus so far favors a naturaly formed rock. I'll have to post some other items I've found. Been digging glass, (bottles)
for over 30 years, thought I would try looking for indian artifacts.
Thanks for all your responses.
