Found this area while metal detecting at a site in Pa. The whole post is here:

But I will pull the pictures of the carving/marks here as well.

Some of the rock from this area may have been used to build the house and barn on the property so I can understand the "drill" marks/holes in some of the rocks but the diamond has me stumped. There is like a "dash" or something carved in the center. I know it "looks" like the #12 in the center but it doesn't look, like that in person.

Looks like a rock quary on the drill holes, a diamond in my world represents a league, direction's make a + corner to corner and look for N. S. E. W, there should be something with- in 1/4 mile aprox waist high,

Thanks dsty! I'll look into that next time I'm there.

Anyone else have any thoughts or places you think I should look for answers?
