Hello, if you haven't seen my post yet, i am vaughn a 13 year old. I have found colonial and civil war artifacts in my grandparents house from the 19th century. My father has found these indian artifacts in my grandparents back yard garden in the 1980s i have three artifacts for you to identify.

Looks like a very nice hammerstone in your last pic.You keep it up and you will be a well rounded artifact hunter. Keep it up, Vaughn.

The first two look to be natural stone formations. The third could be shaped by man or just a river cobble. In your picture it looks like the stone is soft and crumbling a bit. If so, I doubt that it is an Indian artifact.

Anything posted in the what is it forum is subject to many eyes and many different ideas. Many folks on here have a great deal of experience and you may fare better if you just let the comments not bother too much. There's a lot to learn in this world, and one way to do so is to sit back and listen and glean from what you hear. Many artifacts we see posted here in what is it are just rocks.....and that's ok. You hang in there though and take the good with the bad, it's what it's all about.

Good question. I have to agree with SkaBa that the designs that you are seeing are the outlines of shells or something similar. You might try posting your items on the Treasurenet Indian Artifact forum.

First one doesn't show any drawings on it by pictures posted, I am only seeing possible fossils on it. Only picture I see that is artifact is the last one, a large hammer stone.
