Indian Artifact or Just a weathered Stone?

I was in Goodlettsville, TN last week and came across this rock along the side of a field. Is this just erosion or possible indian work of some kind?

It definitely shows signs of being worked by human hands. The smooth parts are more of a clue than the hole. Maybe not a native american artifact but could be from a quarry that cut foundation stones.
